They had a new dress up at the Magic Kingdom Hall of Presidents (new to me anyway) - Ida McKinley's gorgeous black lace pigeon-front dress.

    Wow, what a piece of art! Can you imagine sewing a recreation, all that sheer lace? My goodness...

      I can't even imagine where you'd find lace that fine! Let alone get it into something wearable! I also loved that this was the real gown, not a repro. They often have repros on display. :-)
