Regency Tea in Delaware

We had a smallish but delightful tea at the British Bell Tea Room in Newark, DE with the lovely Beth as host!

The food was SO good. This soup was amazing:

Those little chocolate cakes? Delicious. Beth instructed us to eat it all in one amazing bite, so we all did. There might have been encouragements of "just shove it in!"

The bathrooms were covered with portraits, which was both cool and creepy (lots of eyes staring at you).

Isn't she at Huntington?

In the gift shop - I have a poster of this Van Gogh painting! I liked the tea set with the design on it.

  1. I love seeing all your costume teas you ladies are doing. Our guild hasn't done any in so long because our group is just way too big, and even tho we set a costume year, we still get others that show up in Steampunk and it ruins the whole effect. As least I can enjoy yours.
And yes, Pinkie is at the Huntington.
